Thanks for your input.
I think you may be right, it certainly makes sense to me. These days I work strictly in the relief field. Christine Colby advised me to "make sure you use development principles when you do your relief work". As a person who works in the community dev- field, what advice would you have for us "reliefers"? I never want our brief times on the field to create long term difficulties for "you".
